5. User Obligations

• Treat Service Providers with respect and ensure a safe working environment.
• Refrain from using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws while using Souneeds.

6. Service Provider Obligations

• Service Providers must provide services with professional skill, care, and integrity.
• They are responsible for holding valid licenses, permits, or certifications (where applicable).
• Misconduct, fraud, or poor-quality service may result in suspension from the Platform.

7. Payments & Fees

• Payments may be processed online (via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) or in cash, depending on service type.
• Service charges are displayed before booking confirmation.
• Souneeds may charge a service fee or commission for facilitating bookings.
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes (including GST).

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Users may cancel bookings before service commencement, subject to cancellation charges.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per Souneeds’ Refund Policy.
• Souneeds reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices listed are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
• Final charges may vary depending on actual service requirements.
• Applicable government taxes (including GST) will be added to invoices.

10. User Content
